What can I do if I have no idea of what to do next in my life?
Please do the following
- Wake up at 6 am 👕⌚
- Drink lots of water (at least 2 litres should be your aim for a day) ☕☕
- Go running or exercise ☍
- Clean your room and arrange your cupboard
- Quit all social media 👪
- Plant a tree ⛏
- Don't use your phone 🔋
- Follow some skincare routine
Continue this for 2 or 3 days.
Now you will be left with some good blank space in your mind which will have some good ideas of what to do next in your life.
